About
We are a small, independent label based in Biel/Bienne, on the line where French- and German-speaking Switzerland meet.
Zwicky Records was started by musicians who wanted full control over how their music is made, released and heard. We write, record and produce our own work, and we release it on our own terms.
We put out few records and take our time with each one. Every release gets a catalogue number, a careful master and, where it makes sense, a physical pressing.
Biel/Bienne is a bilingual town known for precision work, and we like that standard. Our first release, ZWR 001, is CGCG Volume IX by The Clive.
